Can You Trust The LiveChat Support Person Of Your Web Host???

"Of course yes!!! "
I heard you saying that, yeah if we don't trust them enough why should we give them our business?
True and this would be my answer right now had the freaking incident not happened on me just recently.
Follow up:
Had a busy week, I didn't get any time to look at this website, so after loaded the site, I noticed a weird thing happened: a windows security pop up blocker alerted me of a potentially hazardous program trying to download itself to my computer from my own website, yeah, why not, I build this site from scratch, everything loaded onto it must have my approval, so there is no harm. So clicked on yes, then here you go --- an exe file from an unknown website waited for me to click on yes so it can comfortably reside on my server laptop! Hang on.... I became suspicious, I don't own this website! http://thumser-online.de
All right, now things became bit interesting, so I went into the source file, didn't take long before I found this little piece of dodgy thing attached to the tail of my index.php file:

How the fX*X did this happen?!!! I am the only person who knows the PASSWORD!!!
I asked myself, checked the date, this little evil cookie was dropped on the 10th Dec 2009, this was after I had a live chat with the support person of my webhost, he asked for my password, although that wasn't the only chat I had since I signed up, the only other time was when my account was created, and my password was changed once since then, so, what can it be?
Checked my other websites which were hosted with another company, wasn't attacked, I don't access my website from another location, and the Trojan recently got killed on my laptop isn't capable of assisting its master in stealing remotely hosted files. So logically can eliminate the possibility of a Trojan attack, because if it's a Trojan, then it can easily steal all my password and website information as I keep them in one file.
Pity I didn't keep the guy's name, I asked him questions about how to handle the situation if my database if it's reaching the limit.
Hey buddy if it's you and you are reading this mind you I have changed all related passwords in the database, don't waste your time trying to figure it out, it's a looooooooong and hard one :-)
You helped me that day and I appreciate, but we are even now, if you take one extra step, I won't sit here and allow you to play your dirty sports on me!
The moral, you probably have a very slim chance of coming across a worker like this, but if you stay in this business online game long enough, you will meet all sorts of people as you meet face to face in the physical business world, whores, con artists and honest and diligent entrepreneurs who work hard and want to make a real difference to the world --- sorry I guess it's a bit off the topic...
Just you change your password IMMEDIATELY after you seek assistance from your webhost and rendering your password, NO MATTER who they are. Because these days, they hire talents from all over the globe.
